WHAT IT IS:
The Laundress Denim Service offers the best care for your beloved (and often overpriced) denim. There’s no need to run to the dry cleaners or deny those beloved pairs a good washing because you are afraid they will fade, won’t be the same or have the perfect hole ruined. Fret no more, we have the perfect method which combines The Laundress Denim Wash and cleaning from the experts in laundering.

HOW IT WORKS:
Simply send us* your denim items to The Laundress Denim Service via UPS, DHL or FedEx. We will then pre-treat stains, wash and steam. Once this process is done we will ship back to you, free of charge.

WHAT IT COSTS:
$20.00 per item. Please call us if you have a larger item as the cost may vary.

I accept the terms and conditions associated with The Laundress Denim Service, in that, The Laundress will always use its best judgment and treatment possible when washing items and while we will pay extreme attention to stains, we cannot guarantee the removal of all. We cannot assume any responsibility for inherent weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not apparent prior to washing. This includes, but is not exclusive to, color loss or bleeding and shrinkage or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. The Laundress cannot prevent natural wear and tear of garments such as holes and fraying but we will be delicate to such areas when treating. Please note that items washed with our Denim Service will be returned to a natural state versus chemically stiff & flattened when dry-cleaned. The Laundress, Inc. reserves the right to decline service for any item. You will be refunded for any item not cleaned excluding your inbound shipping cost. If we determine that The Laundress, Inc. is responsible for the loss of or damage to an item, we will refund you the replacement value up to $250 (Two Hundred And Fifty Dollars) but only with substantial supportive documentation such as an original store receipt. The Laundress only accepts packages sent through traceable mailing services. All customers will be sent their tracking number for the return packages.
